The DD AF-CA drilling feed unit, a diamond core drilling machine and a drill stand recommended by Hilti together form an automatic diamond core drilling system suitable for wet core drilling in mineral materials.
When in operation, the DD AF-CA must always be mounted on the drill stand.
The drill stand must alway be secured using the anchor spindle and a suitable anchor.
When in operation, the DD AF-CA must be connected to a cooling water supply that meets the minimum specifications given in the technical data.

Press the Emergency stop button to stop drilling instantly. The diamond core drilling system is still under electric power, but operation can be resumed only after the emergency stop button has been released. |

To cancel the emergency stop, turn the Emergency stop button and pull it out, then press the on/off switch of the diamond core drilling machine. |

Carriage positioning indicator![]() |
